Raising a child is almost every couple’s dream. Having their own child through pregnancy can be the best yet terrifying moments especially for a first time mother. 3)  Get your body moving- Avoid sitting for too long as it could lead to bad blood circulation to the pelvic region where the uterus is located. Try taking frequent walking or standing after sitting for a long time. Of course, it is best to do exercises such as exercises. By promoting physical fitness, you are not only improving your uterine health but also helps to improve your general wellbeing.

4)  Incorporating calm in your life- Learn how to manage stress. Stress can lead to hormone imbalance and chronic stress can lead to an unhealthy womb. Practising relaxation such as mindfulness, yoga and deep breathing practices can help reduce your stress level.

5)  Cut down unhealthy habits- If you are a person who really loves coffee, especially strong one in the morning, you might want to consider reducing this. Large amounts of caffeine can affect the menstrual cycle which can affect uterine health. You may want to try green tea as an alternative if you still need that caffeine effect. If you are a smoker, you might want to enrol in smoking cessation. This is because studies show that those who smoke often have infertility issues and decline a person’s health.
